Definitions and Interpretation
The following terms used in these terms and conditions shall have the meanings as defined below:

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000
Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you can withdraw after placing bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.
Bonus Validity
Each bonus is valid for a specific period from the date it is credited. If not used within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
Bonus Misuse Policy
If misuse of bonuses or use of multiple accounts is suspected, bdt876 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until verification is complete.
VIP Cashback
VIP members will receive weekly cashback based on their level: Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, Platinum up to 1.2%.
Betting Rules
The following rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports, as well as participation in casino games on bdt876.
- A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a technical error causes an incorrectly favourable result to be displayed, bdt876 reserves the right to void that bet.
- The decision of bdt876's authority on the outcome of any match or event is considered final.
- For sports betting, bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, FIFA World Cup and other international events.
- If any evidence of match fixing or unethical activity is found, the related bet will be voided.
- Placing bets using software, bots or automated methods is prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the activities listed below are a direct violation of bdt876's rules and may result in permanent account closure.
Fraudulent Activities
- Use of false identity or documents
- Using or transferring another person's account
- Use of counterfeit or illegal payment methods
Technical Misuse
- Use of software or bots
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities
- Hacking or attempting unauthorised access
Money Laundering
- Depositing funds from illegal sources
- Use for the purpose of money laundering or tax evasion
- Suspicious transaction patterns
Collusion
- Playing in collusion with other players
- Bonus sharing or pooling strategies
- Affiliate fraud
Account Suspension and Closure
bdt876 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
- Account remaining inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).
- When a legal investigation related to money laundering is required.
- At the user's own request.
Balance After Account Closure
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any bonus funds will be forfeited. However, the return of actual deposited amounts (excluding bonuses) will be determined subject to review. In the case of voluntary account closure, the remaining balance may be withdrawn provided KYC verification has been completed.
